This retrospective analysis of patients with viral pneumonia-complicating ARDS involved categorizing participants into two groups: those who experienced successful noninvasive mechanical ventilation (NIV) and those who did not. Data on the demographics and clinical history of each patient was collected. Factors predictive of noninvasive ventilation success were unveiled through logistic regression analysis.
